Eligibility
In general, present employees are eligible to participate; however, as Employee Health & Well-Being grows we envision that some programs and activities will be offered to spouses and retirees. In some cases, programs will be open to all university employees. Cost
Because Health & Well-Being programs are employee benefits, programming is offered presently offerered at little to no cost. We will continue to do our best to maintain this philosophy. However, some programs, such as certain types of health screenings, may require a fee on the part of the employee. In addition, some programs, such as smoking cessation classes, have been subsidized by Health & Well-Being if the employee meets a certain pre-determined class attendance criteria. If not met, the employee is responsible for some or all of the class fee via payroll deduction.
