Workshop: Lean Leader Certification - Agile

Instructor: Doug Troy Agile is a project management approach designed to deliver value to customers while minimizing risk. Agile accomplishes this by embracing changing requirements, delivering products frequently, using human-centric methods, and engaging the customer in regular collaboration. Through a hands-on project, this workshop introduces the principles and practices of Agile project management while covering the underlying values and mindset of successful Agile teams.
This course is for individuals who are formally accepted into Lean Leader Certification Program and Certified Senior Lean Leaders who may need continuing education hours. All other individuals interested in participating in this workshop must have the approval of the Director of Lean Initiatives.
In order to receive credit for this workshop participants are expected to be present for the entire duration. There will be a one-hour lunch break (Lunch on your own).
Prerequisite: Lean Two Day Training
*This workshop is not eligible for Job Enrichment credit. (8 hrs)
