Objective:
To help Miami staff use PeopleAdmin for posting openings, reviewing applicants and hiring employees using the www.MiamiUJobs.com/hr website.

Description:
The training sessions will help Miami staff utilize PeopleAdmin for requesting job postings, reviewing applicants and hiring employees using the www.MiamiUJobs.com/hr website. (The Student Employment PeopleAdmin website www.MiamiStudentJobs.com/hr is not covered in this session. For more information about the Student Employment posting/hiring process, go to www.muohio.edu/studentemployment.) Sessions will include best practices, frequently asked questions and tips to avoid common problems. The sessions are intended for new supervisors as well as current users. Skills To Be Attained:
Ability to request job postings, to review applicants and to make hiring proposals using the PeopleAdmin online employment system.
