Workshop: Test Taking Anxiety

Introducing ways to manage anxiety prior to and during exams.

Anxiety is a psychological and physiological response to stress. This workshop has been developed to help students better understand and manage their bodies anxiety response specifically related to academics and test-taking. In addition to offering insight into the chemical and neurological components of anxiety, the workshop focuses on deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation as strategies for managing anxiety provoking situations.
